1. Who you are contracting with

Neon Core (the "Service") is operated by aimee robert ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Service you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. The Service

Neon Core is an idle/clicker browser game. We provide the game "as is" and do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features, upgrades, and in-game economy may change at any time.

3. Your account

You must provide accurate registration information, keep your credentials confidential, and are responsible for all activity on your account. You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to purchase paid items.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
• Attempt to cheat, exploit, reverse engineer, scrape, or interfere with the Service;
• Distribute malware, spam, or infringing content;
• Probe, scan, or breach the security of the Service or other users' accounts.

5. Intellectual property

All software, artwork, branding, and content that makes up the Service is owned by aimee robert or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for personal, non-commercial play. No resale or redistribution.

6. Payments and subscriptions

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, taxes, renewals, cancellations, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Subscriptions renew automatically at the interval shown at checkout until cancelled.

7. Virtual items

Energy, Core Fragments, upgrades, and other in-game items have no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash outside the Service, and may be modified or removed as part of normal game operation.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, suspected fraud or security risk, or repeated or serious policy violations.

9. Disclaimer and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
