Neon Core is operated by aimee robert, who acts as the data controller for personal data collected through the Service.

  • Account data: email address, display name, login credentials, authentication provider (e.g. Google).
  • Game data: your game progress such as energy, fragments, upgrades, and click counts.
  • Support data: any messages you send us.
  • Technical data: IP address, device/browser information, and basic usage/telemetry to keep the Service secure and reliable.

3. How we use your data

  • Create and maintain your account (contract).
  • Provide the game, sync your progress, and enable multiplayer/global features (contract).
  • Prevent fraud, cheating, and abuse (legitimate interest).
  • Respond to support requests (legitimate interest / contract).
  • Comply with legal obligations (legal obligation).

4. Who we share data with

  • Paddle.com — our Merchant of Record for all sales, subscription management, payment processing, tax compliance, and invoicing.
  • Hosting and infrastructure providers that store data and run the Service on our behalf.
  • Authentication providers (e.g. Google) when you choose to sign in with them.
  • Authorities where required by law.

5. Retention

We keep your account and game data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete or anonymise your personal data within a reasonable period, except where we must retain it to comply with legal obligations (e.g. tax records held by Paddle).

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your personal data, to object to processing, and to withdraw consent. You can also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. To exercise these rights, contact us through the support channel listed in the Service.

7. Security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures — including encryption in transit, access controls, and row-level authorisation — to protect your data. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Cookies and local storage

We use essential cookies and browser storage to keep you signed in and to save your game state locally. We do not run third-party advertising cookies.
